Exchange and Return Policy
Your local retail store can accept phone orders if you know your sizes. Please call the store location that services your school to get started. If you have any questions or need further information, check our location page for your store's information.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash or personal checks (in-state only). No C.O.D.’s are accepted. Full payment must be received before any merchandise can be shipped. Please include an additional $10.00 for shipping and handling fees. We cannot return any item that has been washed, worn, or altered except in case of defects. Please try on the uniforms before you wash or alter them. All items must be in their original condition and tags must still be attached to garment to receive credit or exchange.
Returns made within 4 months of purchase: Cash refunds over $50.00, and merchandise paid for by check, will be issued a refund check from our corporate office in New Jersey. Please allow two (2) weeks to receive a refund. Refunds on merchandise paid for by credit card will be issued a credit on the same credit card.
Returns made after 4 months of purchase: Regardless of payment method, all returns dated after 4 months will receive a Risse Brothers gift card.
The following merchandise may not be returned:
Any purchase made by gift card or gift card and secondary method will receive a refund in the form of a gift card.
- Special/Custom sizes
- Items purchased during a special or discounted sale
- Logoed items for schools that do not have an active uniform program with Risse Brothers
- Logoed items that have been discontinued by the school or are no longer part of the uniform program
Risse Brothers offers in-school sales where we bring the store to you on a predetermined date established by the school. This service provides ultimate convenience for parents by having all merchandise available for sizing and immediate purchase. Merchandise not sold on the spot at our sale day will go on the shelves of your local retail store for year round shopping. Additional merchandise is also stored in our warehouse, ready when you need it.
Our own in-house embroidery and screen-printing equipment allows for faster delivery directly to our stores and customers. The relationships we have established with suppliers, factories and trucking companies give us the kind of flexibility to have product where it is needed, when it is needed, and at competitive prices.
