Customers have up to 4 months (120 days) from purchase to return items in their original condition, although we recommend doing so within 30 days to ensure timely processing. Socks or tights that have been taken out of their packaging cannot be returned. Any washed or damaged items, such as those with stains, broken buttons, or dog hair, are not eligible for return. To make a return, customers can go to the originating Risse Brothers Uniform Store with their original receipt. If the receipt is lost, they can retrieve it by signing into their account on www.rissebrothers.com, or by contacting the store by email or phone. Customers who are shipping the items back must securely package them and fill out the back of the original packing slip and are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. However, the store will cover the freight back for any exchanged items.
Cash refunds over $50.00 will be issued a refund check from the corporate office in New Jersey for returns made within 4 months of purchase. Refunds for merchandise paid for by credit card will be issued a credit on the same credit card. For returns made after 4 months of purchase, all returns will receive a Risse Brothers gift card, regardless of payment method. If the purchase was made by gift card or a combination of gift card and another payment method, the refund will be given in the form of a gift card.
There are certain items that may not be returned, such as special custom sizes, items purchased during a special or discounted sale, logoed items for schools that do not have an active uniform program with Risse Brothers, and logoed items that have been discontinued by the school or are no longer part of the uniform program. Risse Brothers Uniform Store values its customers' business and appreciates their understanding of its return policy.
Risse Brothers offers in-school sales where we bring the store to you on a predetermined date established by the school. This service provides ultimate convenience for parents by having all merchandise available for sizing and immediate purchase. Merchandise not sold on the spot at our sale day will go on the shelves of your local retail store for year round shopping. Additional merchandise is also stored in our warehouse, ready when you need it.
Our own in-house embroidery and screen-printing equipment allows for faster delivery directly to our stores and customers. The relationships we have established with suppliers, factories and trucking companies give us the kind of flexibility to have product where it is needed, when it is needed, and at competitive prices.
