Phone Orders
We accept phone orders if you know the sizes needed. You may also fax your order to our Clearwater store at 727-448-0367 or our Tampa store by dialing 813-282-8362. If you have any questions or need further information, please call either our Clearwater store at 727-448-0357 (Store Manager Carrie DeFazio) or our Tampa store at 813-282-8338 (Store Manager Jean Eckert).

Exchange and Return Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash or personal checks (in-state only). No C.O.D.’s are accepted. Full payment must be received before any merchandise can be shipped. Please include an additional $7.50 for shipping and handling fees. We cannot return any item that has been washed, worn, or altered except in case of defects. Please try on the uniforms before you wash of alter them. Cash refunds over $50.00 and merchandise paid with a check will be issued a refund check from our corporate office in New Jersey. Refunds on merchandise purchased by credit card will be issued a credit back to you card.

Store Hours
Our store hours are as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. In July and August, we are open Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Or, shop online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In-School Sales
Risse Brothers offers in-school sales, where our customer service team will come to your school and set up a full store in your school. Your parents will be able to buy the merchandise right there at the school. We also will come back in the fall for an exchange day. Clothing that was purchased may be exchanged that day, as long as the tags are still on.

Embroidery/Screen Printing
We do our own embroidery and screen printing in-house, which means we can get your garments out quickly and easily.
